President
Jake is a third-year student from Fort Lauderdale, FL, majoring in Commerce. He previously served as FBIF’s Chief Development Officer and will be joining Monomoy Capital Partners as a Private Equity Summer Analyst in 2026. Beyond FBIF, Jake co-founded the Childhood Cancer Project at UVA, serves on the executive board of his social fraternity, and is a member of the Global Markets Group. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, sailing, and playing the drums.
Vice President
Samir is a third-year student from Cleveland, OH, majoring in Commerce with minors in Computer Science and History. He joined FBIF in the fall of his first year. Samir has worked at Launch Africa Ventures, the North Course Group, and Sage Mountain Advisors, and next summer he will be joining UBS in their investment banking division. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, and playing the piano.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew is a second-year student studying Economics and Mathematics. This past summer, he interned in Financial Planning & Analysis at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and has prior experience at Piper Sandler. On grounds, Andrew is involved with Scholars of Finance and his social fraternity. He enjoys basketball, weightlifting, and listening to music.
Chief Development Officer
Billy is a third-year student from Suffern, NY, studying Commerce and Mathematics. Since joining FBIF, he has pitched Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM), Tenet Healthcare (THC), and Gap Inc. (GAP). This past summer, Billy worked in data analytics at LS Direct, and in 2026 he will be joining Perella Weinberg as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Outside of FBIF, he is involved with The Childhood Cancer Project at UVA and serves as President of Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. In his free time, he enjoys watching the New York Yankees and Detroit Lions.
Chief Communication Officer
Elizabeth is a third-year student from Lexington, VA, majoring in Economics. She joined FBIF in fall of her first year, and previously served as Director of Recreation. Next summer she will be joining Lincoln International as a mergers and acquisitions investment banking analyst. Outside of FBIF, she participates in Smart Women Securities and Sigma Kappa sorority. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and trying new coffee shops.
Director of Training
Jack is a third-year McIntire student from New York City concentrating in Finance. This past summer, he interned at Razor’s Edge, a venture capital and private equity firm focused on national security in Reston, VA. Next summer, he will be joining DC Advisory as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in Washington, D.C. Outside of FBIF, Jack is involved in 180 Degrees Consulting, Sigma Nu, and Club Squash. His hobbies include playing golf, following New York sports, and trying new restaurants.
Director of Outreach
Finn is a second-year student double majoring in Economics and Statistics with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He joined FBIF in the fall of his first year and also volunteers with Madison House. Outside of school, Finn enjoys playing golf, running, and cooking.
Director of Membership
Sriharsha is a second-year student studying Commerce and Computer Science. This past summer, he interned in M&A in Singapore and currently serves as a Fall Analyst for Concord Ventures. On grounds, he is involved with the Global Markets Group and Alpha Kappa Psi. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing poker, and working out.
Director of Recruitment
Andrew is a third-year student from Vienna, VA, studying Economics and Data Science. He joined FBIF in his first semester and has since pitched companies including a long position in Best Buy. This past summer, Andrew worked on the growth team at Clover Labs, Canada’s fastest-growing startup, and he has previously built and sold technology startups of his own. He also enjoys skiing, Formula 1, and exploring the outdoors.
Director of Recreation
Mahek is a second-year student from Virginia Beach, VA, majoring in Commerce with a concentration in Finance. She joined FBIF in the spring of her first year and is also involved in VVF and VKA. This past summer, she worked as a Finance Intern at Sterling Financial Group. In her free time, she enjoys baking and going for long walks.
